Challenger Overview

The Challenger software module is an add on to the retort control system.

When the retort is put into "Challenge Mode" it will run a series of tests on a ballast load testing the critical control parameters of the retort.

After the retort is "Challenged" a Deviation report is generated which displays the actual critical parameters, when the retort deviated from those parameters, and for how long the process was operating outside the critical parameter.

Challenger:

• Automatically checks system parameters
• Monitors critical process sensors
• Tests deviation programming
• Closes the validation loop
• Allows ongoing validation maintenance
