The Roberts PolyPro Bull Nose Infeed Conveyor allows one operator to quickly and safely load carton stacks to provide a continuous flow of blanks to the prefeeder. It improves the productivity and efficiency of your finishing line operation with a simple, safe automatic loading system. This convenient loading system features an extendable and retractable front device, automatically transferring carton stacks to a prefeeder magazine or directly into your folder gluer. Side plates, rear guides and feed gates ensure precise positioning of the cartons as they progress through the magazine. Designed to handle a large range of blank sizes, the easy to use conveyor can be quickly adjusted during carton changeovers.
