Roberts Polypro's CartonSpec(TM) provides carton printers a means to easily inspect finished product in line with their existing feeder / folder gluers. The 100% inspection system is mounted beneath CartonSpec's overhead vacuum belt transport allowing product to be run in its preferred orientation and maintain desired production throughput requirements.
The system will inspect print quality, read all standard bar code formats as well as match database records for mass serialization applications. Integrated controls enable belt speed matching to existing feeders / folder gluers. An optional Roberts Polypro Feeder Module is available for stand alone (off-line) applications as well.
