Our Medium Speed Automatic Multipack Bottle Handle Applicator applies any of our EasyLift multipack handles - 2 packs, 3 packs, 4 packs, 6 packs or 8 packs - to your bottles at speeds up to 20 cases per minute. Ideal for moderate volume lines, it integrates directly into your line and applies handles to open top cases of your product.

No Operator Required - Our beverage multipack handle applicator can run without constant operator intervention. All you need to do is make sure the machine is loaded with handles and it will run automatically with the rest of your bottling line. It features on-demand operation, can give you an alarm for low handle levels and can be run in bypass mode so you don't have to move it if you don't want to apply handles.

Moderate Volumes - Ideal for moderate speed lines, you can apply our EasyLift handles to your products at up to 20 cases per minute (CPM). Intermittent Motion (IM) technology offers a good compromise between speed and cost.

Complete Flexibility - Need to run 2 packs, 4 packs and 6 packs from the same line? Our quick changeover applicator can run various bottle and handle configurations.

Inline Integration - It integrates directly into your bottling and conveyor line and applies handles to your product bottles in their open top tray or shipping cases. This free-standing unit is designed to be mounted at the case/tray loader exit, upstream from the case sealer and/or palletizer.

Minimal Footprint - If you can spare around 5 feet in your bottling line (34" W x 66" L), you can start applying beverage multipack handles automatically.

Customizable - We can configure your beverage multipack handle applicator to suit your exact packaging line needs. Various applicator head configurations are possible and easy to set up.
