The industry's most productive and efficient Prefeeder with fast setup, automatic adjustment to stack heights and an easily accessed belt design. This innovative machine increases Folder/Gluer line speeds between 25% and 40% (depending upon application) without the usual product damage and belt wear... your operator no longer needs to stretch and reach into the machine to load cartons and longer, more continuous gluer runs will occur. The Prefeeder's continuous belt design accommodates a full range of adjustments without changing belt tension. This single belt significantly increases belt life and is easily adjusted on-the-fly for ease of setup and maintenance. A sealed, direct internal drive motor provides an efficient, low maintenance alternative to the traditional belt and pulley system. The Prefeeder's clean, open design allows safe access to controls and cartons.

Options:

Standard - Our standard prefeeder provides an intermediate height adjustment and a medium prefeeder unit-length. The height ranges from 35.4 to 59.5 inches and carton sizes range from 6"W x 6"L to 48"W x 30"L.
Narrow - Our narrow prefeeder requires less floor space in terms of width than our standard prefeeder. Two narrow prefeeders can fit side by side in the same space as a standard prefeeder for dual stream feeding. The height ranges from 32.9 to 51.7 inches and carton sizes range from 6"W x 6"L to 24"W x 30"L.
High Reach - Our high reach prefeeder provides the highest elevation for feeding a taller hopper on the folder/gluer. The height ranges from 51.2 to 81.4 inches and carton sizes range from 6"W x 6"L to 48"W x 30"L.
Backfold Attachment - Our backfold attachment is the ideal solution for french fry scoops (used by most fast food companies), overnight mailer envelopes (used by FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.) and other packages that need cross-machine prefolding before delivery into a folder/gluer. Automating this task, our backfold attachment helps streamline your operations and increase productivity and efficiency.
