The Roberts PolyPro Stack Turner inverts large, heavy stacks in a single motion, protecting your operators from harmful repetitive motion injuries. It can cut your overall labor costs in half while dramatically increasing your throughput. Ergonomically engineered, this simple, efficient design is very easy to use and maintain. By replacing the tedious task of hand turning carton stacks, the Stack Turner saves labor, reduces needless injuries and supplies a constant flow of cartons to the Prefeeder. And with the Stack Turner doing the work, you will see fewer repetitive motion injuries with a resulting decrease in Worker Compensation claims. Designed to handle a large range of carton sizes, the Roberts PolyPro Stack Turner is very adaptable.

Options:

• Standard - Our standard stack turner allows a single operator to load multiple gluers and eliminates repetitive motion injuries by automatically turning stacks for proper orientation into the prefeeder.
• Squaring - Our stack turner with squaring offers all the benefits of our standard stack turner, but squares the stack of cartons at the top of the turn. This ensures that a clean stack is delivered into the prefeeder or folder gluer.
