The Roberts PolyPro Timed Feeder is the basis for all our high-speed marriage systems. From windows to handles, spouts or liners, our timed feeder will accurately feed and register cartons. The Timed Feeder is the basis of all our Applicators; optional attachments are used to apply specific fixtures. This same modular approach can be used in the application of windows, security labels, tear tapes, peel strips, liners, coupons and other value-added opportunities. The Timed Feeder utilizes very innovative (patent pending) technologies to feed, transport and position carton blanks that result in less product damage and extraordinary precision and speed.

Timed Feeder Features & Benefits

Can replace any folder gluer feeder.
Carton feed is computer sequenced and is independent of belt speed.
A cammed "feather touch" feed system gently feeds blanks accurately and without scuffing.
Lead edge, positioning lugs provide fixture placement accuracy of up to .005".
Blanks are snugged-up to the lugs of the positioning belts by a faster moving transfer belt. This action is very gentle, eliminating carton damage and complicated lug transfer.
Low pressure vacuum keeps blanks flat and in position as they are transferred to the Applicator, eliminating overhead belts and conventional nips and accelerator rollers.
The only moving parts are the belts, pulleys and simple feed cam to dramatically reduce maintenance costs.
Timed Feeder accepts numerous Applicator attachments for the application of Roberts PolyPro Fixtures or other value-added opportunities.
