The Roberts PolyPro Turntable is a very simple carton turning device, providing a continuous flow of shingled cartons from the gluer to the casing operation.

It eliminates archaic turning spoons, plows and belt conveyors and replaces them with a simple, safe, turntable system. This easy-to-use carton turning device provides a continuous flow of shingled cartons from the gluer to the casing operation. Fast setup and on-the-fly "no tool" adjustment means the machine is up and running the next size or style almost instantly. Bi-directional operations allows the cartons to be packaged with glue seam up or down with the push of a button; no more moving packers or wrestling with heavy plows and rails. The unit will interface with any Folder Gluer and packer.

Options:

• Standard - Our standard 90 degree turntable provides a continuous flow of shingled cartons from the gluer to the casing operation and can run +/- 90 degrees.
• 180 degree - Our 180 degree turntable operates the same as our standard model but features an additional side discharge conveyor that allows it to be set up for 180 degree or 0 degree operation (with no turn at all).
