Roberts PolyPro Expands Manufacturing Capabilities with New LDPE Extrusion Line

CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 08, 2026 – Roberts PolyPro, a manufacturer of bottle and can multipack solutions and application systems, announced a significant capital investment in low-density polyethylene (LDPE) production capabilities to expand manufacturing capacity and support continued growth across the beverage, food, and consumer goods industries.
The investment included the addition of new extrusion line, infrastructure upgrades, and advanced manufacturing technologies designed to optimize operational performance, increase production capacity, and strengthen supply continuity across a wide range of bottle and can multipack applications. The enhanced capabilities also support Roberts PolyPro’s continued focus on sustainable packaging solutions, including biodegradable, post-industrial recycled (PIR), and post-consumer recycled (PCR) material options.
The expanded production capabilities will help Roberts PolyPro support growing customer demand with improved manufacturing efficiency, dependable supply, expanded material flexibility, and continued product innovation across its multipack portfolio.
