Linville will focus on sales of custom finishing equipment for paperboard converters and will support sales of Roberts PolyPro bottle handles, carton handles and box carriers, hooks and hangers, and application equipment.
This up to 600 bottles-per-minute applicator creates 2, 4, 6, 8, and 12 packs. Operator time is minimized thanks to an innovative new roll-feed system. The cost of dies has been slashed, thereby reducing acquisition costs. Handle costs have been significantly reduced as well.
The new extruded HDPE two-pack handles are thinner, lighter, and cost less than injection molded handles. Even with 46 percent less plastic these handles showed strength improvement as measured in packaging lab drop tests. (Roberts PolyPro Dairy Show Booth #358)
