Twin pack PolyLift carriers are applied to bottles in their open topped tray or shipping case just before the cases are sealed and/or palletized. Applied with this new applicator system, Roberts PolyPro's new 2 Pack PolyLift Bottle Carriers give consumers an easy means of carrying two bulky beverage bottles at once.
The Automatic Twin Pack Carrier Applicator has an extremely small footprint of 33" wide x 57" long and is easily integrated into an existing line. Having a line speed of up to 22 cases per minute, this applicator system is available in versions to pack 64 oz. 2 pack in 2 x 4 cases as well as 96 oz. 2 pack in 2 x 3 cases. The modular design of our Automatic Twin Pack Carrier Applicator allows for custom configurations to meet your production requirements.
